2. Eat healthy carbs like oatmeals, potatoes and rown rice about a gram per pound of body weight. This will give you energy to pound through the day and helps to workout to your fullest potential. Never Workout with empty stomach which just adds problems and increases the risk of injuries.

5. After your workout is a great time for eating a huge meal and delivering nutrients right to the depleted energy sources. Take advantage of this time and aim for 80 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein which should consists of chicken,tuna and steaks etc.

3. Never afraid of eating fats such as salmon,olive oil, peanut Butter, Nuts and Cottage cheese, Red meat. Low fat diets often decrease your workout levels significantly. Aim for about 25% of your calories coming in this form.

4. Alcohol need to be restricted I know it will be really tough but Hey ask yourself what you want?  A good toned body or Drinking and I am sure that your answer will be the later one.All your efforts are being considerably harmed if you are constantly going out to pub and drinking. You don’t have to give up alcohol forever but just for a while put a hold on drinking,you can still chill out a beer once in a week.
